DreamBig Inc. (“DreamBig”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our websites and mobile applications, including HeartOS, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable laws.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — such as your email address when you contact support or sign up for updates, and content you create within our apps.
- Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and anonymized usage and crash diagnostics that help us keep our apps working well.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and services.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can fix bugs and prioritize features.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and crash reporting), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Some providers may store data outside of Canada; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@dreamreallybig.ca. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns about our handling of your information.
Children
Our apps and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

These terms govern your use of the websites and mobile applications provided by DreamBig Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of our services
You may use our apps and websites only in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by means other than the interfaces we provide.
Your content
Content you create in our apps remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.
Our content
The services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by DreamBig Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps may offer paid features or subscriptions through the app store you downloaded them from. Billing, renewal, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the applicable app store under its terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, DreamBig Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these terms or where we discontinue a service, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
